Saturday June 25, 2011 8:55 PM This guy Jon who goes by so rwood5011 on ebay and posted a thread trashing me before is a real jerk. He won a few old slabs I posted. I had to file a ebay Non pay bidder against him because he tried to pay with some elses account so I refund the money. He paid under the his assoicated ebay account after he filed a non receipt claim for which ebay is now going to investigate his entire account as when I called them I was told to file an abuse of non receipt claim. He finally paid about an hour before the claim automatically closed - cute. He then via these boards demanded I return his money, so I did. I then via pm offered 3 times to sell him the coins and he did not respond and put on ebay "Run for the hills!!!!! Called me names and didnt want to send items!" Hey Jon - the name you use here or Robin Wood the name you use on Ebay or Larry Bruns the other name you use on ebay - why would you lie and leave feedback I would not send you the coins when you PM that you don't want them? You filed a paypal claim and ebay claim both and file an ebay claim before you paid and after your alias Larry had his money refunded. Do you not think after leaving me feedback I am not going to call ebay and tell them exactly what you did? Ebay does not let you file non receipt before you pay. You want the coins then why did you ask me to refund your money or did you forget that part? I was going to let this whole thing go but now I am going to file the abuse of non receipt claim. As I understand it they consider that a very serious offense. You can now ship any items. To see all the transaction details, log in to your PayPal account. This is Jon or Robin or Larry finally paying Here is what he sent to ebay when he filed a non receipt claim on June 18th at 1:30 PM before paying with his paypal account and after I closed his prior claim on paypal I tried paying and it said I was not verified so I had used my freinds paypal account. The seller said I was stupid for paying that way and he has no obligation to refund me or send the coins. He said that I need to learn how to use Ebay or people like him will just keep taking advantage of me. I have been in tears over this situation for days. It seems nobody will help me and I am going to lose $237.51 in which I can not afford to lose. Somebody please help me atleast get my money back. I would prefer to have the coins but if I cannot have the package I atleast need my refund. It is not fair that a seller can hold a buyer hostage like this just because I dont know how to use the computer very well. I hope that soon you guys can make sure no other buyers have to sit in the house crying because of mean sellers! Jon- really you were cying over this transaction - you don't know how to use the computer well but you knew you better close out the unpaid claim with less than an hour to go. I would post the PM Jon sent me (while crying I guess) but PCGS would allow me to. After a number of southern gold experts here confirmed that it matched the diagnostics of the one die exactly, I listed in on Ebay which resulted in this exchange with RWood5011 Dear frankcoins, I am very sorry to inform you that this coin is not a D mint coin. I have reported it so nobody gets a bad coin. Dear rwood5001 This obverse die was used ONLY at the Dahlonega Mint. Dear frankcoins, Im sorry but you have your facts wrong. My aunt collects california gold. I hope they shut it down in time. Id hate to see somebody over pay for this non "D" coin. This was such a bizarre exchange (california gold????) , that I mentioned it in the PCGS forum, and then received this: Dear frankcoins, Oh by the way, you might want to remove my ebay user ID from PCGS forum before I get you banned from using ebay completley. thanks
