From the Heritage (1/26/2006 Lot: 21958) description: Early die state. Light golden-gray in color and attractive for the grade. There are no surface problems worthy of note, and the strike is sharp. No die clashing under the left wing of the eagle and without the obverse die crack through the B of LIBERTY. A common die marriage and one of the more available issues from 1829. The reverse has three pale gules in the shield. This is the Reiver coin, which I bought 'third-generation' for $360, though it originally closed at $299 in the Reiver sale.
