An issue that is plagued with 'dish head' coins, and for which a 'full head' designation demands outrageous premiums, on the order of 4000% (yes FORTY times) over non-full head coins. Although correctly not designated as such, this example provides about 50% of Liberty's head detail, and while that may not seem so exciting, remember how often these come with little more than a 'scoop' where her head should be! The shield provides a majority of the rivets as well. Pleasingly bright and certainly worthy of a little premium over the typical mushy piece.
