Outstanding mint luster illuminates both edges, converging most profusely at the edges as always. That said, for the grade, there is a surprising amount of cartwheel effect visible in the fields, suggesting some consideration for a fully 'choice' grade. 1812 is of course a date well know for poor strikes, but this one is definitely better than most.
