A couple of stray hairlines are displayed in the left obverse field, but are not visible except at certain angles. A tiny particle, red in color, is stuck above the 2 of the date, though ironically, it's presence indicates the coin has not been cleaned, else the particle would have been removed. Nicely patinated over mild cartwheel luster that is unbroken, but perhaps a bit weaker than average. High point rub is pleasingly absent, indicating that this coin really is an UNC, and not a slider. The original patina reflects the slightest hints of bluish iridescence at some viewing angles under a strong light. Excellent type coin, especially in light of a terrific strike.
